The NAMM Show is our one-of-a-kind event where professionals and students from all aspects of the music ecosystem gather from around the globe to see the latest product launches, network, attend free professional education sessions, listen to live music, and engage in unique experiences.

As a member of NAMM’s sales team, you will be interacting with an international audience of brands to create platforms that will shape the future direction of our industry.

  • Meet individual sales goals for exhibit space & sponsorship for NAMM events and contribute to overall team goals. 
  • Build strong relationships with accounts and entire NAMM team.
  • Executes high volume of outbound service/sales efforts. 
  • Devote a significant portion of time to prospecting through outbound calls, developing leads, finding new business, and identifying new potential communities and customers
  • Maintains established customers and manages accounts and prospects in CRM. 
  • Oversee the sales process of assigned accounts and prospects from initial contact through event and renewal. 
  • Attend both in person and digital industry events and tradeshows to prospect for new business and sales opportunities. 
  • Develop tools to track travel results and the value of competitive events. 
  • Actively assist with creation of trade show maps and work with assigned accounts to maximize participation. 
  • Assist with managing inventory and provide input on maximizing floor space for revenue
  • Collaborates with Sales Director, Sales Manager, and tradeshow team on service, sales, design, and operations of exhibit space and sponsorships
  • Direct specialty areas on show floor themed around a product category. 
  • Manage these companies and area from initial contact through successful completion of specialty area and event.
  • Sell sponsorships and digital products, as well as develop new platforms and opportunities to bring to market

  • Strong customer relations experience by video conference, phone, email, and in person
  • Self-motivated with ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
