Middlebury, VT Adult Department
Job Type

Description

We are looking for someone to work as a clinician and project manager to help implement an innovative new program offering crisis support and consultation for individuals and their personal networks to help avert psychiatric hospitalization. The work will involve meeting with both youth and adults and their networks, working with a co-facilitator in offering dialogic network based approaches both in community settings and in a comfortable and welcoming space that will serve as an alternative to ER settings, also working in close collaboration with peer support staff and other CSAC based treatment teams. We are looking for a clinically trained practitioner who would embrace and help lead a practice model that emphasizes attentive listening and collaborative planning with all involved, as an alternative to other more clinically driven approaches that are also available, and who would welcome working flexibly and being part of dynamic teaming. CSAC has extensive experience with dialogic network practices and can offer training and supervision accordingly.  Masters degree required. 37.5 hours per week, full time with comprehensive benefits.
