Since 1975, El Arroyo has been serving up Tex-Mex with a side of laughs on their famous marquee sign in Austin, Texas. We are now bringing El Arroyo’s famous food and drinks to New Braunfels, Texas, at our soon to be home at Rockin R in Gruene – coming 2023.

Along with the El Arroyo restaurant coming in 2023, we've also brought our amazing events, catering and food trucks to the area!

We're looking for two full-time cooks (experienced in / open to training in a food truck environment) for daily operation at the future home of our restaurant. This team-member will also assist with preparation and  execution of on and off-site catered events of varied sizes.
