Account Management Coordinator

As an Account Management Coordinator, you are part of a talented team charged with carrying out Leapfrog’s mission to provide qualified, friendly, customer-first, high-touch service. The Account Management Coordinator role provides administrative support to the Account Management, Sales, and Procurement teams. You will facilitate the execution of activities that will further this fast-paced, fun-loving environment.

  • Manage the firm’s Quote Management System to provide better visibility, coordination, and direction to individual team members and leadership
  • Monitor and report CRM and Quote Management data insights that help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of lead generation, pipeline progress, and sales forecasting
  • Schedule and monitor meetings and appointments as needed
  • Maintain and update the firm’s repository of service and sales collateral, contract templates, and other client-related deliverables
  • Support team members in identifying potential client needs and preparing material for customer engagement
  • Become a liaison between the Service, Account Management, and Sales Engineering teams to ensure effective messaging when communicating opportunities to clients
  • Assist in creating training material consistent with the corporate brand to support effective Account Management team engagement
  • Other projects and duties as described by the supervisor

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in management or similar, or equivalent work experience
  • 2 or more years of experience in IT and/or Customer Service
  • Prior experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM system
  • Sales operations and/or enablement experience such as sales training, customer support, telemarketing
  • Prior experience with event planning

Work Conditions

  • Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Needs to be able to operate a computer and other office machines
  • Must be able to effectively communicate information and ideas so that co-workers and/or clients can understand
