Innotec’s intern program is designed with a dual purpose. It is an opportunity for you to be exposed to a fast-paced manufacturing environment, to learn new skills, as well as gain hands on engineering experience. It is also an opportunity for you and Innotec to get to know each other with the goal of possible future full time employment. Our intent is that the relationship will be mutually rewarding.

Requirements

 Interns are expected to have the following characteristics:

  • Time management, skill development, and solid drive and initiative
  • High levels of trust and integrity
  • Good decision making skills along with interpersonal skills
  • The ability to manage several projects
  • Skill in organizing, prioritizing, and executing improvement projects with little guidance
  • The ability to run production and trouble-shoot machines

Interns must have the following qualifications:

  • Maintain overall college G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher while being enrolled in an engineering-related degree-seeking program at least 1/2 time during regular semesters
  • Interns must be available at least 15 hours during academic semesters if applying for fall, winter or spring, and for 40 hours if applying for summer
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
