 We are selectively seeking a Launch Engineer to join our team. Successful candidates will have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment based on trust and integrity and have an interest in a hands-on approach to business. Interested applicants should have a passion for manufacturing and innovation as well as a desire for a broad scope of daily responsibilities. In addition to these qualities, we are looking for someone with the following characteristics and qualifications:   

We're looking for quick-learning, technically oriented engineers with the following qualities:

• 3+ years of engineering experience launching product
• Lighting experience is a plus
• Proven self-directed Project Management skills while consistently hitting deadlines 
• To lead new product development through concept, design, tooling, and production readiness. 
• Proven results towards continuous improvements
• Experience with product or process innovations and a perpetual drive toward learning
• Familiarity with many different aspects of the manufacturing process, i.e. product/machine design and build, launch, quoting, price negotiation, customer interaction
• Proven leadership ability and desire to work in a team based atmosphere 

Additionally, we're looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 3+ years of experience in related field
• Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
• Manufacturing experience is a plus!
• Industry specific experience is a plus, but not a requirement
