About Marie Philip School:
MPS enrolls nearly 200 deaf and hard of hearing students on our Framingham, MA campus in an ASL/English bilingual, bicultural educational model.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position coordinates all equipment, uniforms, game day preparations, supervision of students, and assists the Athletic Department operations during seasonal operations and summer clinic sessions. Works closely with Athletic staff in planning and supporting practices and games during the school year.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the coordination of day-to-day sports activities and the maintenance of sports facilities and equipment.
- Maintain inventory control on all games and equipment.
- Maintain and oversee uniform care and distribution for games and practices.
- Oversees and coordinates all game day equipment preparations and setup for games.
- Develops and coordinates with coaches' systems for tracking athletic attendance and progress.
- In conjunction with coaches and the Director of Athletics, ordering awards and recognitions for student-athletes.
- Supervision of student-athletes during transitional times before and after practices.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to work as part of a team
- A minimum of conversational fluency in American Sign Language is required, with native, or near-native ASL fluency preferred
- Ability to modify activities for different learners and ability levels
- Experience working with students of different age groups
- Ability to work nights and weekends if needed
- CPR, First Aid, OSHA, and Medical Certifications will be required on the job.
