Job Summary

The Director of Revenue Operations is looking for an operations professional to support GTM systems & related processes. The candidate will create, optimize, and document strategic processes around lead management, prospecting, and other GTM-related processes. The individual will be able to turn an idea into a manageable solution within our tooling while also understanding how the data will affect our analytics. The GTM Systems and Processes Analyst will partner with leaders and stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive initiatives to increase productivity through efficiencies, alignment, automation, and enablement. 


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Core subject matter expert of Marketing Technology (preferably Pardot, Salesloft, and others) 
  • Maintain a prioritized roadmap of strategic projects that will optimize marketing & sales funnel 
  • Analyze business processes to make recommendations related to the GTM Systems and Processes 
  • Administer Pardot Marketing Automation & Salesloft Sales Engagement Software, and other GTM Systems 
  • Communicate & Enable GTM Teams any changes to the systems, including training and policy development 
  • Ability to model business processes inside of systems and understand the impact of data 
Requirements

Minimum Required Experience

  • 2+ Years of Marketing Operations/Technology Experience specifically around management of Marketing Automation & Sales Engagement Software 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or Related Fields 
  • Preferred Certifications: Pardot and/or Salesloft 
  • Experience supporting Marketing with segmentation, lead scoring, campaign creation 
  • Experiencing supporting & training Sales around their tooling and 
  • Working Knowledge of Salesforce (Standard Objects & Reporting: Lead, Contact, Account, & Campaigns) 
  • MS Office Experience (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) 
  • Attention to Detail & Analytics Skills 
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize/coordinate multiple projects 
  • Experience in Agile Development Methodology
