Runner/Barback – A professional, high-energy person who will work collaboratively to ensure the concession is well stocked with product and food items for serving concert going customers. Runners will keep an eye on dwindling product and restock as quickly and efficiently as possible when needed or requested. Runners will assist with maintaining a clean concession area before and after the show. Runners should be efficient, observant and possess a can-do attitude. 

Basic duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Bring packaged product and liquors to the concession area for stocking. 
• Prepare food items for sale.
• Support the pizza delivery process before the show and monitor the amount of pizza during the show. Communicate with the floor manager or manager on duty as needed if more pizza needs to be ordered. 
• Maintain a clean concession area before and after the show.
• Document wasted product as needed.
• Prepare trash for maintenance at the end of the night. 
• Collect all dirty rags in the laundry basket for maintenance.
