About the Role: Be the Bridge Between the Kitchen and the Table

Are you driven, energetic, and passionate about delivering top-notch service? As a Food Runner, you’ll be the unsung hero of our dining experience, ensuring every dish reaches its destination with precision, care, and a smile. Your role will be essential in creating memorable experiences for our members and guests while working alongside a dedicated team in a fast-paced, upscale environment.


What You’ll Do (Essential Duties):

· Deliver Perfection: Safely and efficiently transport food and beverage orders from the kitchen to the dining room, ensuring dishes are presented promptly and properly.

· Create Atmosphere: Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service, interacting with members and guests to enhance their experience.

· Stay Pristine: Maintain a clean and organized environment, contributing to the seamless flow of dining operations.

· Collaborate: Work closely with team members under pressure to deliver exceptional service during bustling evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.


What It Takes to Excel (Physical Demands):

· Constantly engage in repetitive motions like bending, kneeling, crouching, and walking.

· Comfortably lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

· Stay on your feet and actively involved for extended periods in a busy setting.

· Maintain excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.


What You Bring to the Team (Minimum Qualifications):

· Must be at least 18 years old, meeting Florida’s legal age requirement for serving alcohol.

· Three to six months of customer service experience or equivalent training.

· Commitment to obtaining ANSI Florida Food Handler and Florida Responsible Vendor Server Training certifications within 90 days of hire.


Preferred Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· One year of experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality-related industry.

· Familiarity with fine dining or upscale restaurant operations.
