The Advancement Coordinator will develop, implement, and manage events and projects in order to generate revenue, sponsorship, awareness, volunteers, donor leads, and other benefits for St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School. In addition, this individual plays a key role in the strategic advancement and planned growth of the advancement program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the cultivation of donor relationships.
- Assist in the management of existing events, including Open Houses and Gala.
- Develop marketing, sponsorship, and enrollment materials.
- Create and disseminate promotional and outreach materials to donors, including funding letters, action alerts, emails, program updates, social media, and other development materials.
- Oversee appropriate donor gift follow-up, including acknowledgement, receipts, and
- fulfillment of donor requests and benefits.
- Liaise with SCBCS Faculty and Staff, School Board, and Finance Committee when needed.
- Maintains a high level and professional community profile with parents, students, businesses, alumni, parishes, schools, faculty, and staff.
- Participates in in-service/professional development as determined by supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- BS or BA in Business Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in advancement, with significant experience and background in individual and corporate fundraising.
- Proven ability to work creatively and effectively with a wide variety of people and interest groups.
- Requires a demonstrated commitment and respect for the Catholic Church and for the tenants of Catholic Social teaching.
