Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food items for service at breakfast according to occupancy.
- Maintain a constant and complete stock of food and beverage items during breakfast hours.
- Set up service area each day in accordance to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area during and after breakfast hours.
- Provide personalized, friendly service to each and every guest.
- Maintain temperature log book (updated daily).
- Assist management in daily, weekly and monthly food and supplies inventory.
- Clean and maintain dry and cold storage daily.
- Responsible for maintaining all food and beverage dates with date received in all dry and cold storage areas.
- Prepare and stock everything needed for following day.
- Operate all kitchen and breakfast room equipment correctly and safely
- Know hotel emergency procedures.
- Wear protective gear when handling food and chemicals.
- Carry out any reasonable request by management if capable of performing.

Requirements
- Preferred: at least 1 year experience in a Food & Beverage establishment.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
- Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, push, stretch, and lift and/or carry up to 35 pounds.
- Must be able to stand/walk on feet for 8 hours and work in a restrictive space/environment.
- Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment with multiple interruptions.
- Must be available on weekends
