PRN position
Responsible for performing Nuclear Medicine procedures and maintaining records in
compliance with State and Federal regulations and establishing policy and procedure manuals
under the general direction of the director of radiology, responsible for 1 shift, 8 hours/day
5 days/week. Performing NM procedures for all ages (neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult
and geriatric) by utilizing Nuclear Medicine procedures and/or other imaging modalities
in the diagnosis and/or treatment of disease or illnesses. Incumbent is responsible for
performance of assigned procedures during assigned shift. Subject to overtime and call
back as required by the hospital/department.
Prefer to have completed an AMA approved program in Radiology with a degree or equivalent
or an AMA approved program in Nuclear Medicine. Must have knowledge of Nuclear Medicine
equipment and procedures. Must have a valid BLS certification.
