Client Solutions Director
Description

Seeking a self-sufficient, highly motivated, goal-oriented, persistent and experienced Inside Sales professional. Knowledge or experience in the Banking Industry is helpful. This person will actively generate and engage leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and social media while ensuring qualified opportunities are well developed for successful hand-off to Outside Sales for successful progression to closure. The role is primarily based in an office setting but occasional travel may be required.

Requirements
  • Actively generate leads utilizing digital prospecting, networking as well as a suite of tools and applications available.
  • Identify decision-makers among targeted leads to initiate the sales conversations/process.
  • Take a consultative approach with C-Level Executives while navigating multiple decision-makers.
  • Demonstrating critical and logical thinking when implementing Sales Best Practices.
  • Maintaining or exceedingly monthly/quarterly targeted objectives of number of leads created, opportunities launched, progression of opportunities through our sales pipeline.
  • Maintain sales hygiene with accurate and timely population and use of our Customer Relationship Management records database (ie. HubSpot) to support opportunity pipeline management including all aspects of lead development, progression, and opportunity passing.
  • Effectively and independently deliver the La Macchia Group vision & value proposition for the given solution to client’s challenges.
  • Demonstrating a keen understanding of market conditions, competitive landscape, and client's business goals and pressures.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends, and competitive challenges.
  • Executes Marketing/Sales campaigns via outbound efforts telephone marketing through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and social media etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates must have at least 2-3 years of experience in an Inside Sales Role.

  • Outstanding client relationship skills-set.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities; including prioritization, scheduling, and time management.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Prior experience with HubSpot a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the Banking Industry.
  • Team player mentality with the ability to work independently toward lofty goals. Coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient attitude.
  • Ability to travel for Sales Meetings, Banking Conference, Training Events, and Company Functions.
