Treehouse is looking for a part-time or full-time Director of Marketing ("Director") to work directly for the CEO. This Director position is new and is a result of the growth in our company that has tripled in size over the last four years.
The Director would be responsible for all the marketing functions of the company, that have traditionally been done by the CEO. These responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Referral Marketing
- Managing Treehouse's physician referral relationships through communication, education and support
- Identifying referral pattern from our EMR database to determine who our top referral sources are and which ones have dropped off and then targeting each group with appropriate strategies
- Identify new practice managers, nurses, psychologists and doctors who could potentially refer clients to Treehouse and obtain appointments for in-person meetings for new and existing services
Community Marketing
- Identify local parent support groups and organizations for Autism, special needs children and similar organizations and get Treehouse speaking opportunities
- Identify and manage pre-schools in the community that we can partner with in terms of offering pre-school screens, teacher in-services and parent education seminars
- Create monthly parent support groups for our existing clients transcending our relationships from just therapy to resource provider and the ability for parents to connect with one another.
- Identify local school therapists who we can connect with to educate through in-service opportunities
- Identifying and participating in local community events such as school resource fairs, local libraries, community fairs and other events where Treehouse can reach its target audiences
Digital Marketing
- Creating a monthly newsletter that highlights all the successes and services in the clinic and emailing to all of Treehouse's stakeholders
- Maintaining a database of email addresses of physicians, local school therapists, social workers, psychologists, practice managers, nurses, school administrators, teachers, pre-school teachers, clients and any other relevant members for our digital newsletter
- posting relevant articles, success stories, new hires and other great happenings on our website
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing including the website, digital newsletter, Instagram, Facebook, obtain client reviews and any other digital medium to advance Treehouse's business

Requirements
