We are looking for highly technical, professional, residential service technicians who like to help people and can sell service. 

What you will do:

• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. 
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. 
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
• Handle service calls to customers in their homes and utilizes customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing service, products and finance options.
• Work with inspectors, suppliers and co-workers to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes.

What we are looking for:

• Critical-thinker, problem-solver
• Physical ability to be able to bend, squat, climb stairs/ladders and lift over 50 lbs
• Must be able to perform tasks that may require ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including but not limited to the following: hot, cold, outdoor, indoor, dry, humid, slippery surfaces.
• Clean driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in HVAC Service
