Under the supervision of Project Managers, assist senior level engineers in the execution of routine technical activities required on a variety of assigned projects using standard procedures. This position involves exposure to an array of project types and project work. Apply prescribed methods to complete limited and specific portions of a broader assignment, working with and under an experienced engineer. Participate in technical studies, investigations and design on assigned projects. Assist project teams in the production of products on time, within budget and of the highest technical quality.

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university. Good analytical and organizational skills. Basic understanding of and willingness to learn computer skills in AutoCAD and other Windows-based engineering & surveying applications. Possession of valid driver’s license.

Skills/Abilities: FE/EI preferred. Some professional, practical work experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to learn the basics of design and analysis within one of the major technical disciplines practiced by the firm. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
