Denver Beverage & Denver Refreshment Services is looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Route Sales Driver to join our team.

Do not currently have a Class B CDL? We are willing to invest in the right person. The selected candidate may earn their Class B CDL within their first 90 days, with the certification paid for by the company.

About the Position

As a Route Sales Driver, you will be responsible for safely delivering products to existing and new customers while providing consistent, world-class service at every stop.

You will become a trusted representative of Denver Beverage by learning your customers’ needs, maintaining accurate deliveries, identifying opportunities to support their businesses, and ensuring every customer receives the quality of service they deserve.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle on an assigned route
• Deliver beverages, products, and supplies accurately and on schedule
• Load, unload, and organize products at customer locations
• Provide friendly, professional, and dependable customer service
• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
• Welcome and support new customers joining the route
• Confirm orders and ensure delivery accuracy
• Maintain organized product displays and customer storage areas when required
• Communicate customer requests, concerns, and sales opportunities to management
• Complete required delivery paperwork and electronic documentation
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and follow all company safety procedures
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Denver Beverage positively
• Follow all DOT requirements, traffic laws, and company policies

Qualifications

The successful candidate must either:

• Hold a valid Class B CDL; or
• Obtain a Class B CDL within the first 90 days of employment

Denver Beverage is willing to pay for CDL certification for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will also:

• Have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Be dependable, punctual, and committed to safety
• Enjoy working independently and interacting with customers
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Be comfortable performing a physically active job
• Be able to lift, move, and deliver beverage products throughout the workday
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• Be willing to learn and grow within the company

Minimum Requirements:

• Good Communication/Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to lift 50 -125lbs repeatedly throughout the day

You will be provided with a company vehicle and uniforms.
