Description

We are seeking an experienced highly skilled licensed Civil Engineer to join our team in our Jackson, WY, Pinedale, WY or Kemmerer, WY locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with an  initiative-taker with a passion for roven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.


Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of Senior Project Managers, this position will manage project teams of designers that deliver engineering solutions to our clients.
  • Management of budgets, schedules, client relations, and project staff on multiple projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Applicants with significant project management experience may be considered for the position of Senior Project Manager.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Applicant must be a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Wyoming or have the qualifications to apply for professional licensure in the State of Wyoming. 
  • Demonstrated experience in civil consulting, project planning, and project management. 
  • A demonstrated ability to break down large and complex projects into specific components and identify the technical requirements to complete each component; outline the tasks, determine required staff and equipment requirements; establish fees, scope, and project budgets; and outline a project schedule.
  • A demonstrated ability to manage a combination of sub-consultants, professionals, technicians, and administrative staff and direct their efficient utilization on projects. 
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license required.
Additional skills/abilities:    
  • Applicants must exhibit a strong understanding of civil engineering design and project management. 
  • Must have excellent judgement, leadership, and communication skills. 
  • Requires well-developed organizational and communication skills and the ability to maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with engineering team and clients. 
  • Understand essential engineering principles and practices. 
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public.
