Your Day-to-Day

• Courteously and quickly source parts for our technicians and walk-in customers
   
• Advise customers on the best parts solutions — including related components and companion items
   
• Create purchase orders and communicate with vendors for pricing, lead times, and special orders
   
• Stay sharp on product knowledge and new parts introductions
   
• Collaborate with service advisors and estimators to make sure every repair order is complete
   
• Track inventory and backorders to ensure smooth shop operations
   
• Jump in to help when the heat’s on — including occasional after-hours or overtime support
   
• Complete required training and stay up-to-date with our evolving product lines
   

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in truck, trailer, heavy-duty, or automotive parts
   
• Strong knowledge of parts lookup systems and cross-referencing
   
• Excellent communication and listening skills — you know how to find what people really need
   
• High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
   
• Experience with ERP or DMS systems
   
• Team-first attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers and coworkers
