The Parts Delivery person is responsible for delivering fluids to customers and general maintenance of the lube oil truck in the Fluids Solutions department. This person will also be responsible for the basic duties in the Parts Department such as, restocking shelves, pulling orders, general cleaning of area, etc.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities, include the following, other duties may be assigned.

  • Operating pumps and valves for loading and unloading, both on and off the truck
  • Safely fill tanks of all types and sizes using various size hoses, nozzles, and fittings; safely using pipe wrenches, crescent wrenches, hammers, and other hand tools
  • Accurately complete driver logs, pre and post trip forms, invoices, and other paperwork as required
  • Courteously work with bosses, dispatchers, fellow employees, and customers
  • Ability to safely access fueling points on equipment and vehicles and lift up to 50lbs.
  • Perform shipping and receiving
  • Pulls orders and restocks shelves
  • Picks up and delivers material to support the business
  • Perform cycle counting and physical inventory
  • Material handling
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Familiar with inventory management and warehouse procedures
  • Works with and assists other members of the Parts Department

Skills Needed:

  • Working knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment and truck maintenance
  • Must be able to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Familiar with inventory management and warehouse procedures
  • Possesses a general knowledge of the parts stored and distributed by the Parts Department


  • HS diploma, 2 years of equivalent experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • AS400 software experience


  • Maintains clean and organized department
  • Encourage open communication, cooperation and the sharing of knowledge
  • Ensure alignment with corporate goals and values
