Thomas College is accepting applications for a full-time maintenance position. The successful candidate will have knowledge in performing repair or general maintenance work in facilities. Tasks will include, but not limited to, minor plumbing, minor electrical, function set-ups and the ability to utilize equipment such as snow plows, snow blowers and sanders, as well as maintaining all aspects of grounds. Light custodial duties will be a required component to this position.
The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, and will join the on-call rotation.
This position requires all successful candidates have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form. Candidates must also be able to physically lift 50+ pounds repetitively. A minimum of two years of experience is required.
An acceptable driving record, ability to pass a criminal background check, and High School diploma or GED are required. Occasional weekend availability is also required.
