Position Summary: This position is responsible for driving sales and a flawless guest experience for the Travel Advantage Network (TAN) business unit. Its primary function is to drive revenue and customer experience targets via inbound and outbound calls. This is a sales and customer service position that requires the ability to build customer loyalty while meeting and/or exceeding strict sales targets each month.
Primary Goals and Responsibilities:
- Ability to make a strong 1st impression by building rapport over the phone with each client
- Strong ability to persuade clients through benefit-based selling to drive revenue targets
- Meet and/or exceed monthly revenue targets
- Assist clients via inbound/outbound calls daily to aid with booking travel or pending reservation
- Ability to learn and retain detailed portfolio of properties and operate a complex data base
- Accuracy is imperative along with multi-tasking while speaking with clients
- Remain current on all properties in the TAN portfolio, and promotions currently being offered
- Resell the value of the program to educate guests about all facets of their membership and the benefits
- Conduct “comfort” calls to address client concerns and increase client satisfaction and to reduce retention
- Prepare and maintain accurate up-to-date client records, detailing all account activity through web-based program
Secondary Goals and Responsibilities:
- Provide resolution to client inquiries contained in the Vacation Service/Web Feedback mailbox
- Assist clients with booking travel and/or existing reservations via web chat
- Assist clients via inbound/outbound calls daily with collecting maintenance fees in addition to payment arrangements
Education/Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a Sales or Collections environment responsible for achieving a revenue target
- Call Center experience preferred

- Microsoft Word
- Data Entry
