WE ARE LOOKING FOR ONE GREAT BDC/INTERNET SALES AGENT TO SET THE BAR IN OUR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER.

We are currently looking for a talented individual to set the bar for production in our Business Development Center. We have a very busy BDC that handles setting appointments that show up for our dealership, answering customer questions, and providing support to the sales staff. We have a wide variety of tools to use and the right candidate will be fully supported and trained.

Must have a proven track record with regard to the appointment/show/sold metrics inherent in all automotive BDCs. Looking for leaders that thrive in a commission environment.

Skills Required:

• Prior Automotive Floor Sales Experience is a plus
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Scheduling appointments that show up
• Pleasant phone demeanor
• Multitasking
• Able to work on an incoming/outgoing call script
• Ability to SELL an appointment with our dealership
• Comfortable communicating effectively by text, live chat, email, and telephone
• Able to maximize a mostly commission/bonus pay plan
• Completing your daily work plan within the time allotted daily
• Ability to maintain detailed appointment show/sold records
• Eagerness to learn about the product and pass all certification requirements
