To expand our mission, we are looking for people to launch their careers in our new Automation Apprentice program.

This program is designed to build real-world experience, with supporting training and mentoring with our team to gain real-life experience in Automation. You will work with Mind Over Machines consultants on client projects to build your experience in technology and client interaction skills.

Our goal is to help you launch your career in Automation and collaborate with our clients to solve business problems and achieve impactful business outcomes.

What is the program?

• A paid apprenticeship with flexibility to complete school while learning and working with Mind Over Machines
• Get hands-on RPA development & process engineering training through client project work
• Gain valuable experience while making a real impact with our clients
• Be mentored by the Mind Over Machines leadership team about the roles you are most interested in
• Shape your apprenticeship into a potential full-time employment opportunity

Candidates should have:

• Passion for solving business problems with technology
• Experience defining business processes from high-level to detailed diagrams
• A hungry mind to learn new things and apply ideas
• Strong collaboration skills to work in a team and individually, but never in isolation
• UiPath certification preferred

Since this is an apprenticeship, no benefits are provided beyond basic benefits required by state law.

The hourly apprenticeship may lead to a full-time position with Mind Over Machines, or we may help place or refer you to a client or industry friend that may be a better fit for your hopes and dreams.
