Administration

  • Perform general administrative functions including typing, answering telephones, and composing correspondence.
  • Process paper flow in and out of the Sales office.
  • Maintain a filing system of reports and pertinent hotel records.
  • Type and distribute various department report as needed.
  • Hilton system knowledge to include OnQ, R&I (Required) and, STS and Solicitation Management.
  • Work closely with Revenue Management and Director of Sales to ensure proper management of group blocks and manage cut off dates.
  • Daily responsibility to include coordination of groups from the time of booking until the group arrives.
  • Work with the hotel operation team and provide proper communication to insure a successful group check in process.
  • Enter all group rooming lists on a timely basis and provide proper communication with client.
  • Assist with rebooking groups as needed with the Director of Sales and Marketing.

  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
  • Ability to assist with the design and preparation of statistical reports and presentations as needed.
  • Must be detailed oriented and possess superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to accurately report information.
  • Ability to assist with various office tasks as needed.
  • Ability to scrupulously follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures.
  • Attend required meetings.
