III. Job Purpose

Provide optimal customer service and hospitality to Erin Hills Guests. Attempt to anticipate and fulfill guest needs in a variety of responsibilities as assigned which may include Bag Drop, Valet, Practice Facility, Locker Room and/or Houseman Service. All by enhancing our customers’ satisfaction and incorporating the Erin Hills Mission Statement goals.

IV. Areas Of Responsibility

Greeter/ Houseman/ Valet/ Practice Facility/ Bag Drop/ Locker Room

  • Greeting all overnight guests - assisting with luggage and valet service.
  • Greeting all golfing guests - assisting with golf bags, caddies, directions & parking.
  • Managing the Practice facility and the Drumlin putting course.
  • Moving & tracking luggage for overnight guests – arriving and departing.
  • Stocking and maintenance of the locker rooms on property.
  • Preparing guests luggage, golf clubs, and vehicles for departure.
  • All other tasks defined in golf operations handbook and by MOD.


V. Qualifications

  • Will be expected to have a clean appearance while on property, including uniform.
  • Position requires ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
  • Prior experience in the golf or club industry is preferred.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis.
