Requirements

What Your Day Looks Like: Provide operational and administrative assistance to the Client Experience team, which ultimately entails promoting an atmosphere that conveys a welcoming, personal, warm, and fun impression to our clients and guests.

  • Perform all move in/move out meetings with clients.
  • Work directly with tenant to secure proper signage upon move in.
  • Process and invoice all Concierge Services requested by client.
  • Generate new ideas and manage building amenity programs.
  • Coordination of food trucks for applicable properties.
  • Continuously monitor larger clients recognizing achievements worth congratulating.
  • Assist in expansion of partner perk program with local businesses.
  • Conduct property site tours and vacancy inspections on regular basis.
  • Implement and complete satisfaction surveys with clients.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma/GED required. Associate degree in related preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of superior customer service experience in real estate, retail, or hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Real estate license or willingness to obtain within first year of employment required.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, flexible, diligent with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
