CNB Bank is a multi-state regional bank with 47 full-service branches. In March of 2023, Impressia Bank will be launched as a sixth bank division of CNB Bank, with a targeted focus on women in business. This online bank division will begin within the existing geographic footprint of each of CNB Bank’s five other divisions, then strategically beyond those borders throughout the continental United States. A full-service bank, leading with online client onboarding, delivery, and experience, Impressia Bank’s approach will be complemented by regional relationship managers and support managers, as well as specialized services such as SBA and grant advisory services, treasury management, wealth management, and private banking.

The opportunity is a Divisional President and Executive role, based in a TBD location within the current bank geographic footprint. The Divisional President will have the responsibility of starting, managing and directing the overall strategic business goals and initiatives to build a leading bank for women offering the appropriate products, solutions, delivery channels, and ongoing support for women in business.

  • A minimum of 10 years’ leadership experience in a high-performing, customer-centric business, with the ability to develop strategic plans critical to the achievement of Impressia Bank development and growth objectives 
  • Success in organic business development and revenue producing activities; highly developed knowledge of banking products and industry; thorough comprehension of credit risk management
  • Significant business acumen, knowledge of trends in banking or ability to acquire trends quickly
  • Strong community involvement and professional network


  • Develop and drive the Impressia Bank culture 
  • Represent Impressia Bank with organizations and businesses characteristic of the target market
  • Develop, manage and report regularly to a regional advisory board
  • Develop and manage an annual strategic plan and financial budget for Impressia Bank  
  • Partner with Bank Executives to complement divisional business development efforts


  • Develop and implement differentiating service standards and monitor the alignment of vendors, partners, and support to ensure service and quality exceeds competitor standards 
  • Work with others to identify and support appropriate technology and solutions for Impressia Bank to maximize client experience and enhance productivity, risk management and profitability
  • Manage credit risk pursuant to credit policies and procedures
  • Work closely with teams that provide support to Impressia Bank, including technology, operations, finance, marketing, risk management, and customer service
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance obligations 
  • Address areas of risk and incorporate appropriate mitigation strategies where appropriate
  • Maintain awareness of industry practices and trends

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from an accredited University is required. Professional credit/risk-training is highly desirable.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents. Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak effectively both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization. Ability to communicate to clients directly and effectively.

TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Experience with workstations, printers, scanners, servers, network disk storage, routers/switches/WIFI, telephone systems, peripheral devices and various network connected devices. Knowledge of cyber security and vendor management software.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve challenging problems involving several variables in a standardized situation.

This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Noise level is moderate with constant communication and interactions with others. Frequent travel is expected.
