BOULDEN BROTHERS: Apprentice

Apprentice Golden Ticket Opportunity

Just another job doesn’t excite you. It wouldn’t excite me. You believe there has to be a road that leads to long-term success and financial security. The kind of place you qualify because you’re full of whatever-it-takes. You’re ready to learn and earn your place on a team. Anyone who believes all that is the someone who could possibly fill the apprentice position now open at Boulden Brothers.

This is one of those golden ticket moments. This is a gig that opens the door to a career, not just another job. This is a launching pad where you write your own ticket: here you can grow as high and far as your willingness to learn allows.

Let’s be frank: this is hard work. Very hard and often demanding work. That’s why you need the ability to lift more than 75 pounds, climb ladders, and carry equipment. You’ll sometimes be working in bad weather, crawl spaces, and attics—because that’s where you make a difference.

Since this is demanding work, it has rewards you’d expect: medical, dental, 401k, vision, prescription, and life insurance benefits. We believe hard work has its rewards. That’s why we include paid vacation and paid holidays too.

I grew up in this business. I understand its rewards and frustrations. I also know what’s possible when opportunity intersects with a can-do attitude. We believe in making lives better by doing what’s right for each other and our clients. That’s why we’re focused on being the safest and most desirable company in our industry to work with and for. That’s who we are. That’s how we do what we do.

People on our team love this place because we’re united in sharing the same vision for Boulden Brothers’ success and growth. It’s only natural, then, that you would want to be a student of our business and this industry. Living that “can do” attitude makes you open to collaborating with others and receiving coaching.

There are easier jobs out there. If all you want is a job, go find one. But, if you have the drive to learn and grow in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical field, you won’t find a better opportunity than being a part of Boulden Brothers. Here you’ll be an integral part of a winning team, celebrating successes big and small with people you’ll like because everyone’s passed a drug and background check. We treat each other with care and respect. You’d think people who join our team stay. They do. How about you?
