1. Administration
· Provide guests with the finest quality of service at all times and in a warm and enthusiastic manner.
· Continuously monitor the guest’s service level and comfort at all times.
· Have a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, specials, beverages, wines, etc.
· Serve all items utilizing appropriate china, glassware, silverware, garnish, and condiments.
· Immediately relay guest compliments or complaints to management.
· Meet with function group leader to determine last minute changes and discuss various setup arrangements.
· Ensure proper cleaning of all equipment after function is completed.
· Supervise assigned banquet personnel throughout functions.
· Assist staff with room set ups, food service, and clean up when necessary.
· Maintain StepStone and hotel standards of food, beverage, and quality guest service.
· Ensure guest satisfaction by delivery of an exceptional product.
· Complete Supply Requisitions
· Create Bill and deliver to client for review and editing

2. Support
· Must have comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
· Ability to scrupulously follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures.
· Attend required meetings.

Physical Requirements
5. These are required of every associate.
· Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.

Additional responsibilities specific to you are:
· Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
· Must have comprehensive knowledge applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
· Must have good mathematical and computer skills.
· High school education and relevant training and experience required. Additional education preferred.
· Ability to timely obtain any required licenses or certificates.
· CPR training required; first aid training preferred.
· Additional language ability preferred.
