The Palms at Polo Trace is an upscale, full-service restaurant located in the beautiful Polo Trace community has an immediate opening for several experienced Servers to join our team. Servers Responsibilities:

• Knowledgeable of all menu items
• Deliver personalized service and excellence in guest interactions
• Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
• Ensure orders are handled timely and accurately
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
• Practices proper cash handling procedures
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned or determined by management or supervisors and moves with a sense of urgency.

Servers Skills and Experience:

• Two years of experience working as a server in a full-service or upscale restaurant is preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with team members and outside contacts.
• Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
