We are looking for patient service oriented professionals to provide support and interface with regards to billing & collection matters. As a Collections Representative, you will be tasked with managing patient billing and collection arrangements. This role is essential for improving delinquency of account balances.

Duties will include:

· Managing account balances for multiple locations & departments

· Taking charge of all collection efforts to decrease monthly AR

· Auditing accounts to ensure proper balances are forwarded to patients

· Gathering proper documentation for 

collection agency

· Preparing weekly & monthly reports

Requirements:

· Experience in customer service

· Excellent organizational skills

· Strong communication skills

· Bilingual, a plus

· Monday-Friday

· 9:00AM-6:00PM

Based on Experience + Opportunity for Weekly Bonus Incentive
