We are looking for a success driven eCommerce Manager with Amazon brand management experience to join our team and contribute to Humm's success. This position will be based at our headquarters in beautiful Bend, Oregon.


What You’ll Be Doing:

Day to day management of all eCommerce channels, including in-depth Amazon work, Humm.com, and all other 3rd party marketplaces. Manages content, marketing activities, customer engagement all driving toward delivering revenue targets.


Only candidates with prior Amazon brand management experience will be considered for this role.

Requirements

What’s Required for Consideration:

  • Responsible for new revenue growth and development across all e-commerce channels.
  • 3+ years experience managing brands on Amazon required.
  • Lead manager on Amazon Seller Central, both FBA and FBM, maintaining an efficient ACoS through management of all PPC, DSP, and pricing strategies in order to successfully maintain a profitable P&L
  • Control all development and implementation of customers facing emails, SMS, and traffic driving programs to e-commerce platforms
  • Non-Ad Management, including formatting and updating listings, and building campaigns to drive traffic to Amazon
  • Have working knowledge of website coding/development to be able to make easy changes on Humm.com
  • Have some experience with other eComm marketplaces, ie. Instacart, Target.com, Thrive.com
  • Ensure all product listings across all eComm platforms are best-in-class for maximum search exposure
  • Provide production and revenue forecasts to operations, logistics, and sales teams based on demand trends, seasonality, and marketing initiatives
  • Directly responsible for all inventory, creative, and media strategy of 74 SKUs on humm.com, while directing a team of developers to make updates to the website based on performance and findings to deliver revenue and conversion goals
  • Oversee all customer service on Amazon, Humm.com, and the support email account, including management of one employee that assists in timely responses on quality, shipping, damages, and brand-based inquiries
  • Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Manipulation) with the ability to analyze various types and large amounts of data.
