Job Overview:

We are looking for an “A” player only! Take charge, tech-savvy, personable, and highly energetic VP/Dir Post-Acute Strategy to be responsible for guiding the strategic direction of product enhancements and development specifically related to all post-acute care settings. The ideal candidate is happy where he/she is currently employed but is interested in a more self-directed work environment and responsibility. We would like to hire someone who is interested in a career, not a job, and who wants to do the work and be recognized for a job well done. This includes but is not limited to owning the post-acute product roadmap and prioritization, thought leadership and speaking engagements, attending industry conferences, engaging with prospective integration partners, and implementing contact center applications with post-acute providers. You will be a key contributor to the company focused on developing and expanding the company’s footprint throughout the post-acute market.


The VP/Dir Post-Acute Strategy responsibilities include working with the Company’s product management and technical resources to ensure proper product execution, implementation, and rollout of post-acute features and functionality; day-to-day correspondence with customers, vendors, and internal Company resources; troubleshooting product issues; and develop a strategic product roadmap that is constantly adding value to our customers. To be successful in this role, you should have deep experience within the post-acute industry as well as expansive product and technical knowledge.  


Ultimately, you will drive the strategic direction of expanding all Company products throughout the post-acute market to support the Company’s growth initiatives. This role will be a fast-paced area of the Company working with dozens of internal and external Company relationships.

Requirements

Responsibilities

o Identify new business opportunities and expand offerings with existing clients

o Work with all departments to streamline client engagement and communication on development items, ongoing training and business initiatives.

o Serve as a trusted advisor to post-acute clients and drive a clear understanding of their technology needs. Helping our clients develop and execute a multi-year strategy. 

o Develop an unmatched rapport with all of Company's prospective Integration partners.

o Drives strategic evolution of post-acute product roadmap 

o Maintain constant communication with post-acute prospects and customers, vendors and internal resources. 

o Work extensively with post-acute product manager(s) 

o Collaborates with implementation and account management teams to ensure successful product Implementation and rollout with clients.

o Serve as cross-functional team support for post-acute product troubleshooting.

  

Skills & Experience

o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience

o Increasing levels of professional responsibility working In healthcare services or healthcare IT. 

o Outstanding technical and analytical skills with the ability strategically develop technical solutions to solve post-acute challenges

o A high degree of intellectual curiosity and creativity and the ability to engage with other senior leaders in addressing complex business issues

o Effective networker, spokesperson, and relationship builder

o Highly strategic mindset, including the demonstrated ability to take broad ideas and turn them into actionable plans, and then consistently follow through on the execution of those plans

o Ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and navigate conflict

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an understanding of how to adjust messaging for a variety of audiences and an ability to effectively communicate the compelling nature of a partnership opportunity

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000.

Salary Description
$130,000-$160,000
