Job Details:

- Schedule Options: Days, Evenings, Overnights
- Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Monitor and respond to clients' needs throughout your shift.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team to ensure quality care delivery.
- Document and report any significant changes in clients' condition to the appropriate supervisor.
- Administers medications to residents based on the seven Rights; Person, Right Drug, Right Dose, Right Route, Right Time, Right Documentation, Right of the Client to Refuse
- Reorders medication in a timely manner
- Follows Community Policies and Procedures on medication administration Keeps medication cart clean and well stocked, reporting any out-of-stock medicine and refused medicine to the appropriate Community resource Keeps medication cart clean and well stocked, reporting any out-of-stock medicine and refused medicine to the appropriate Community resource.
- Charts all medication administrations in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training to all team members.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- QMAP certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Hard Working

- Eager to learn and to be a part of a strong team.
- Pass Background Check – NO DRUG CHARGES
- Pass Routine TB Test
