We are growing and are seeking an individual to join our Breathing Air Team, full-time or part-time. We are seeking a self-starter, who is willing to learn and develop a career, while helping us serve our customers in Central and North Alabama. If you are a paid or volunteer firefighter and looking for a part-time position, this is a great opportunity connected to the fire service!
Our Breathing Air Technicians work on the maintenance and repair of SCBA's and Compressors. The work we do helps to ensure that firefighters can stay safe while putting their life at risk serving our communities.
Our technicians have vast backgrounds in other industries such as automotive, equipment repair, HVAC maintenance, with many having hands-on experience as firefighters.
- Basic mechanical ability
- Basic diagnostic and mechanic skills helpful
- Willingness to work hard and learn quickly
- Ability to travel and stay overnight for jobs
- Minimum of High School Diploma or Technical School graduate
- Must be willing to learn
- Must be a self-starter
- Valid Driver’s License
