Assistant Manager – Guest Services Team

Full-Time or Part-Time Seasonal, Hourly, Non-Exempt


III. Reports to

Director of Golf & Lodging

Guest Services Manager 


IV. Job Purpose

Daily management of Outside Service staff while ensuring operation runs efficiently. Assist with employee training and enhance our customers’ satisfaction while incorporating the Erin Hills Mission Statement goals.


Requirements

V. Schedule / Qualifications / Appearance

  • Expected to work full time 5/6-Days per week. (40 – 50 hours) (Guaranteed minimum of one, 2-3 day off period per month)
  • Will be expected to have a clean appearance while on property, including uniform.
  • Position requires ability to frequently walk, sit, stand for up to 8 hours a day
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs.

VI. Primary Responsibilities

  • Area of Responsibility (Bag Drop, Greeter Post, Practice Facility, Locker Room, Welcome House)
  • Assist with training sessions for new hires & returning staff
  • Preparation, upkeep & cleanliness of areas of responsibility 
  • Preparation & direction to create documents for daily operations (Luggage Tags, Lodging Sheets, etc.)
  • Guest Quality Assurance
  • Approach guest with comments regarding their experience
  • Help to resolve conflicts with guest complaints  
  • Staff Evaluations
  • Continuous aid & growth of all employees
  • Keep positive attitude to maintain positive work environment!
  • Keeping staff busy and committed to making the Erin Hills Experience great!  
  • Guest Experience 
  • Help with clinics and lessons as directed by Head Golf Professional
  • Take initiative to sign up for tournaments & putting contests as needed (Paid)
