About the Role:

They facilitate the process of preparing and presenting estimates, including the solicitation of pricing proposals, input of costs during bid analysis and RFP/RFQ response.
This is a highly collaborative role in a relationship driven organization, so the ideal candidate will be a great manager of both people and process, with a record of success in cultivating positive and productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders alike, including owners, owner representatives, developers, designers, project managers, superintendents, subcontractors and vendors. A keen understanding of and buy-in to preconstruction's role in supporting the business development process is imperative.
We're looking for seasoned construction professionals with a proven ability to provide preconstruction services for projects with budgets as large as $60,000,000. A broad understanding of design/build, design/assist, hard bid and guaranteed max price, as well as a diversity of experience across project types, including commercial, medical and multi-family.
