Host and Hostess Responsibilities:

• Knowledgeable of all menu items
• Deliver personalized service and excellence in guest interactions
• Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
• Ensure guests are greeted in a warm, friendly manner
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment
• Performs other duties and tasks assigned or determined by management or supervisors and moves with a sense of urgency.

Host and Hostess Skills and Experience:

• Previous Host/Hostess experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred but we will train those willing to learn
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with team members and outside contacts.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
