IT Systems Administrator

We are currently seeking a Full-Time IT Systems Administrator  for our corporate office in Joliet.  The corporate office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm. Some tasks may require before or after the office hours. This position will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all computer workstations and associated software within the office building. The IT Systems Administrator will also be the main point of contact for employees who are experiencing computer issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Technical management and understanding
• Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.
• Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel.
• Verify functionality of hardware and software components.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.
• Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions.
• Conduct daily network maintenance operations.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations.
