As the Supply Chain Systems Project Manager, you will be part of one of the key innovations Cyclyx is driving in the recycling industry. This role will assist with developing a robust and efficient supply chain for the movement and processing of waste plastic.

Role Objectives
- Responsible for the full lifecycle of assigned Supply Chain Systems Projects:
- Actively engage in systems design as needed, making design decisions and discerning when a larger design review support is appropriate
- To develop system requirements and designs for the Cyclyx Supply Chain as assigned via discovery and exploration (Interviews internally & externally, literature, academia, industry, software providers, consultants, etc.)
- To contribute to, understand, and support the larger Cyclyx Supply Chain Vision
- Define, plan, and coordinate work teams, including coordinating cross-functional teams through influence to ensure project timelines are met
- Facilitate project activities, monitor, and evaluate project status
- To resolve project issues as they arise and or develop/facilitate resolution paths; seek support as needed
- User Acceptance Testing
- To assist with and or create Scripts, Policies, and Procedures as assigned
- Lead, Orchestrate, and/ or assist with system rollouts
- Ensure Stakeholders' satisfaction in project rollouts
- Ensures time and resources align with business priorities and objectives and escalate project risks to management as appropriate
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, Systems, or related area considered
- Preferred SME-level knowledge of Supply Chain systems, tools, and processes
- Experience in innovation &or design of systems with an emphasis on systems implementation
- Minimum four years of experience with Business Systems Project Management
- Experience in blank slate / green field/startup environments where operational infrastructure and services are limited or do not exist
- Experience managing projects/change management; prefer Supply Chain systems areas
- Experience and demonstrated results leading with influence and not authority
- Negotiating skills and experience structuring and negotiating commercial service contracts
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Experience communicating and collaborating efficiently and effectively with remote team members
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally at all levels in the organization
- Evidence of ongoing learning in any field or interest

Position Mechanics
Reports to: Cyclyx Supply Chain Systems Architect
Type: Salaried; full time
Work Hours: Flexible, but generally 8:00-5:00
Staff: None
Location: Portsmouth, NH preferred but not required
Work environment: professional office or home office
Travel: <10%
