Customer Care Manager/Inside Sales Representatives work in team environment to support, retain, and expand existing customers and drive acquisition of new customers for a fast-growing national U.S.-based organic beverage maker. Agents navigate data in our Customer's CRM and execute inbound and outbound calls on Amazon Connect's platform. Progress is tracked in AWS' Quick Sight dashboard. Agents document customer engagements and may be responsible for the full sales cycle from introduction to closing. This is a 100% remote position with a high-level of team communication fostering a culture of excellence, collegiality and fun.
POSITION OVERVIEW/CORE TASKS:
- Provide prospective customers with product details, value expression of said products (and/or services), and pricing in order to close purchase deals for our customer.
- Clear documentation and communication with customers to secure positive sales results.
- Working as a support person for National Sales team VPs and Sales Directors in a professional, detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Specialist Role.
- Clear documentation and communication with leadership and Customer's personnel to provide a successful sales campaign.
- Current Shifts available: Monday-Friday Daytime Hours by Time Zone.
- Retention of current customers through high-level Customer Satisfaction calls to include troubleshooting of various issues
- Creative problem-solving with an eye and ear for providing empathetic customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills.
- Professional work attitude, ability to learn.
- Experience working in Excel and Google systems is preferred
- Dedicated space to work from where there is minimal background noise during calls and online meetings.
- Consistent Wi-Fi and a reliable computer;
- Must clear all required background checks;
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and on a team.
- Ability to identify solutions based on established processes and procedures.
- Meticulous habits in logging sales interactions via established business processes and tools.
- Ability to learn and become knowledgeable about Customer products and services.

- Effectively drive and manage progress through sales development stages to secure increased revenues for Customer.
Starting pay is $19 per hour. After a one-month evaluation period, position will be eligible for $20 per hour. Eligible for discretionary performance bonuses.
