The role: Dishwasher/ Prep Cook- North Buffalo 

• Operate industrial dishwasher
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times
• Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand when necessary
• Keep dish storage areas neat and organized
• Accurately follow food preparation processes, including cooking and grilling meats, chopping herbs, dicing, cutting and slicing vegetables, preparing guacamole, etc.
• Possess strong attention to detail while working with a sense of urgency.
• Maintaining proper food handling and safety standards at all times
• Properly store foods in designated areas following proper dating, First In First Out (FIFO), and labeling procedures.
