What you will do

- Acts in accordance with both VAF and customer site policies, including any applicable confidentiality measures and general expectations.
- Maintains clear communication between coworkers and management, including employees of partner companies. • Delivers excellent customer service in order to ensure quality relationship between VAF and customer site.
- Researches and identifies opportunities where changes will improve the customer experience and the increase the Resource Center’s area of responsibility.
- Recommends, creates and presents training initiatives to the Area Operations Manager to increase customer satisfaction and assist in providing on-floor training of associates in floor procedures.
- Escalates customer complaints to the Area Operations Manager as appropriate.
- Report performance metrics to Area Operations Manager.
- Maintains sufficient levels of supplies for client and resource center.
- Answers customer questions by phone, email or in person as required.
- Partners with Area Operations Manager to supply customer with price quotes on special projects as needed. • Submits monthly reports and meter reads to customer and/or VAF as required.
- Submits customer billing information to VAF.
- Updates all sections of VAF onsite operations binder as appropriate.
- Participates, where appropriate, in Quarterly Business Reviews with client.
- Participates in ongoing one-on-one meetings with Area Operations Manager.
- Maintains a good working relationship with the client by sending out client scorecards to various personnel as appropriate. Supportive Functions
