What You’ll Do


This ServiceNow Developer role is a great opportunity to perform configuration, development, support and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation for one of our key clients. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with internal stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions with emphasis on request fulfillment, automated workflows through ServiceNow Service Catalogs and key ITIL processes like Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and other modules. 


This ServiceNow Developer will work on a talented, multi-disciplined development team in a fast-paced, flexible environment. The ideal candidate should be seeking an agile and highly collaborative team, and be accustomed to delivering high quality products to customers. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with other developers, testers, senior staff, and product owners. We work hard, and we have fun! Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or other ServiceNow certifications preferred 
  • Experience working with Flow Designer in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SecOps) 
  • Practiced experience with data importing and transformation through scripting 
  • Familiarity with Scoped Applications 
  • Experience with REST Integrations 
  • Experience with JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, HTML 
  • Experience with AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery 
  • Knowledge of current best practices in usability and accessibility 
  • Practical experience utilizing latest web standards and design practices 
  • Ability to create and maintain technical and training documentation 
  • Effective oral and written communication 
  • Secret clearance
