We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Manager to oversee and manage our relationships with our distribution partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel sales, partner management, and driving revenue growth through strategic alliances. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that our distribution channels are operating effectively and profitably.

  • Develop and implement the company’s channel strategy to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, resellers, etc.).
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
  • Set clear sales targets for channel partners and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and track channel sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Support) to provide partners with training, resources, and support to improve sales performance.
  • Develop and execute co-marketing strategies with channel partners to enhance brand visibility and product adoption.
  • Monitor competitive activity in the channel and work to differentiate the company’s products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve partner concerns, ensuring that relationships remain strong and productive.
  • Provide insights to senior management regarding trends, challenges, and opportunities in the channel ecosystem.
  • Maintain accurate records of channel performance, opportunities, and pipeline management.
Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development (typically 3+ years).
  • Strong understanding of distribution channels, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Hub-Spot) and other sales tools.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the [specific industry, e.g., technology, consumer goods, etc.].
  • Familiarity with channel marketing and product training programs.

  

Location: 

WiLine has excelled with a remote work model, and we’re open to candidates based in various locations as our team grows.  However, this position requires availability during standard business hours aligned with the Pacific Time Zone.
