Sales Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Track client leads and opportunities to drive revenue.
- Regularly participate in sales and prospect site visits.
- Create presentations in Powerpoint and Word to present our products and services in the most comprehensive and effective manner.
- Take the lead in pre-sales discussions, discovering and defining customer requirements surrounding solar project opportunities.
- Prepares thorough, accurate, and timely estimates for projects, including the preparation of bid documents and plans compliant with project specifications.
- Provide support by coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and conducting presentations.
- Work with the marketing team to create comprehensive sales collateral.
- Design solutions for customers based on OE Solar core competencies and document the scope of projects.
- Responsible for solution driven design and transition of projects from pre-sales to delivery.
- Assist account executives in creating and presenting solution proposals to clients.
- Identifies and assists strategic relationships with potential customers.
- Develop proficiency in the use of company estimating systems and processes.
- Assist in content creation for Request for Proposals (RFP) bids for Public Works Projects.
- Create and maintain a database of project profiles, pictures, resumes, and other reference materials for RFP’s.
- Additional duties may include:
- Screen and forward incoming phone calls and other communications.
- Scheduling appointments and hosting clients and visitors.
- Assist in the process of invoices for payment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
