As an Enterprise Account Executive, you ensure client satisfaction by serving as a large enterprise account advocate. You are passionate about creating a positive client experience with our solutions and services. You influence the right people both inside and outside of WiLine to provide exceptional service and create long-term relationships with large enterprise accounts. You have developed an ability to identify roadblocks and overcome obstacles to increase business while enhancing the client experience. You flourish in an office environment and travel frequently to capture accounts across an assigned footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Meets or exceeds company sales targets by gaining business from Fortune 2000 companies through a strategic and consultative sales approach and becoming a recognized expert in the marketplace.
- Generates sales to new logo Major Accounts companies by building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with decision-makers and influencers; differentiating WiLine from competitors; gaining insight into the company’s business strategy; delivering customized solutions that meet customer expectations, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and gain referrals.
- Generates additional sales (new locations) to Existing Customers by enhancing and strengthening relationships with decision-makers; earning trusted advisor status with all levels of the organization through a collaborative and consultative approach; and influencing future business by continually updating the customer on how to leverage new product offerings to achieve customers desired business results.
- Follows a disciplined, structured sales process for complex sales by deploying solution selling and strategic selling tools and techniques; submitting activity and results reports on time; managing sales pipeline progress through CGS.
- Develops referral partners by building a professional network in the market; educating partners on the benefits of recommending WiLine products and services.
- 5 plus years of major accounts or enterprise field sales experience.
- Proven track record of acquiring new logos in the Major Accounts / Enterprise space
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
- Strong business development and project management experience
- Knowledge of Data, Voice, SD WAN, Managed Wifi, and IP products and services.
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and C Level negotiations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree, or higher, strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
