Description
Administrative Assistant Basic:
Extensive experience supporting executive level office administration. Preferred background leading tasks associated with executive level. Familiarity with military protocol. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Capable of supporting and organizing electronic calendars, and supporting executive level correspondence and meetings. Proven communication skills to include phone, office etiquette, and written skills.
**Position contingent on contract award.
Requirements
Required Background:
AA and 1 years’ experience in administrative/business field, or HS Diploma and 2 years’ administrative/business field.
Active Secret Security Clearance.
